Why Have I Not Received An Email Confirmation?

How Do I Know My Order Has Gone Through?

An e-mail with an order confirmation number will be sent to the e-mail address that you provided during the checkout. If your order confirmation has not gone through, please check your spam/junk folder. Please be aware that it can take up to 24 hours to receive your order confirmation email. If after 24 hours you have not received an order confirmation email, please contact us using the method described in the question above.

What Happens If I Enter The Incorrect Address?

If any part of the address/contact information your provided is not correct please contact us using the contact form on the Contact Us page or email our customer service department at: support@heartofdecor.com. If any incorrect information affects the delivery of your order or if you contact our customer service department after your order has been dispatched, then you as the customer are responsible for the extra cost of reposting your order if required.

Can I Make Changes To My Order After It Has Been Placed?

If you wish to make changes to your order, please get in touch as soon as possible at: support@heartofdecor.com or using the contact form on the Contact Us page. Due to our quick dispatch times we make no guarantee that we can amend your order, but the sooner you get in touch the better the chances.  

How Do I Cancel My Order?

Contact us as soon as possible through our contact form. However, we can’t guarantee that we’ll have enough time to cancel your order, as our packing/shipping department prides itself on getting products heading our customers’ way quickly.

What If My Package And Products Were Damaged Upon Arrival?

We are more than happy to replace or exchange any print found to be faulty or damaged within 7 days of delivery. If your order does arrived damaged please contact us at: with your order number and images of the damaged item attached in your email. In some cases in order to determine whether you qualify for a refund we may request that you return the item to us. Please note that if the item has arrived damaged then we the merchant will cover the cost of the return postage. 

The Wrong Posters Have Arrived, What Should I Do?

How Long Are The Delivery Times?

Our delivery time is 3-5 days to the UK, calculated from the day you receive the delivery confirmation. 

Our delivery time is 8-12 days to the USA, calculated from the day you receive the delivery confirmation.

Our deliver time is 8-12 days to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, calculated from the day you receive the delivery confirmation.

Please note that holidays may affect the timely delivery of your package.

Which Delivery Options Do You Offer?

We utilise a variety of shipping partners, depending on your location. order. For the USA we use USPS Priority Shipping. 

For the following countries we utilise Royal Mail First Class: UK, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.

What Is The Delivery Cost?

A flat rate shipping cost of £3.49 will be applied for UK orders.

A flat rate shipping cost of £4.99 will be applied for US orders.

A flat rate shipping cost of £9.99 will be applied to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.

How Can I Track My Order?

Do I Have To Pay Customs Duties Or Other Fees?

We do not expect that any of our customers will have to pay any custom related charges. The price that appears on the checkout is the final price to be paid. If for some reason you are required to pay customs related fees, please get in touch at: support@heartofdecor.com and we’ll be more than happy to resolve the issue with you.

What Happens If I Do Not Collect My Package?

If you do not collect your package and it is returned to us we charge an obligatory £10 fee to reship your order. This covers our costs to ship the item out again.

My Order Arrived Undamaged But I Still Want To Return It, Is That Possible?

We understand that sometimes the prints won’t quite fit the way you originally hoped. If this is the case please contact us at: We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after your item was delivered to request a return. 

Please note that if you are returning an item that has arrived undamaged then you the customer covers the cost of the return postage.
