How Long Is The Delivery & Handling Time?

Our handling time is typically within 1 working day for all locations. 

Products in stock are normally delivered within the number of working days set forth on Heart of Decor. Unless otherwise agreed (e.g. in connection with the reservation of products not in stock).

Our delivery time is 3-5 days to the UK, calculated from the day you receive the delivery confirmation.

Our delivery time is 8-12 days to the USA, calculated from the day you receive the delivery confirmation.

Our deliver time is 8-12 days to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, calculated from the day you receive the delivery confirmation.

Please note that holidays may affect the timely delivery of your package.

Which Delivery Option Do You Offer?

We utilise different shipping partners depending on your location.

For the USA we use USPS Priority Shipping.

For the following countries we utilise Royal Mail First Class: UK, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.

What Is The Delivery Cost?

A flat rate shipping cost of £3.49 will be applied for UK orders.

A flat rate shipping cost of £4.99 will be applied for US orders.

A flat rate shipping cost of £9.99 will be applied to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.

Do You Ship To PO Boxes?

Due to frequent return issues we do not ship to PO Boxes, if your delivery address is a PO Box, we will get in contact via email and ask you to provide us with an alternative address. 

What Happens If My Order Becomes Missing?

All of our parcels are sent with tracking. However, in rare instances, if after 30 days your parcel has not arrived then we will declare it to be lost and will either send you a replacement poster or offer you a full refund. We will communicate this with you via email.

What Happens If I Do Not Collect My Parcel?

If any package shall be picked up at a specific delivery point, the Customer shall do so within the time specified in the email notification. Packages shall normally be retrieved personally with a valid identification and order number. The Customer will receive a notification of delivery stating when and where the package shall be picked-up or received.

The notification may be made by e-mail, ordinary mail and if the Customer has provided a mobile number, also by phone or SMS. Heart of Decor is entitled to charge the Customer a fee of £15 if the package is not retrieved and an equal amount should the print in question require resending.
